Results of AGM Votes
Many thanks to all of you who attended the AGM – it was great to see so many participating. For those of you unable to attend, please contact info@cambridgeltc.com for the results of the votes held.
5.1 Amend the constitution to enable email/postal votes at future AGMs/EGMs (including voting counting towards attendance).

5.2 Amend the constitution to allow electronic meetings if physical meetings restricted.

5.3 Amend the constitution to add the Tennis Manager and Head Coach positions to the Management Committee.

5.4 Amend the membership year start date to 1st April (adjusting renewal rates for the one month paid in 2020/21) in line with match start dates.

5.5 Amend the age-related dates for Mini, Junior and Senior 70 to 1st April from 1st of January for simplicity.

5.6 Subscription changes for senior membership rates for 2021/22
5.6.1 Increase senior membership rates by 0.7% in line with normal practice

5.6.2 For members renewing for at least a third year, freeze membership rates at 2020/21 levels and adjusting rates to include one free month. For new members or for members renewing for their second year, increase senior membership rates by 0.7% in line with normal practice

5.7 Increase Mini membership rates to £24 p.a. and clarify/expand the membership offering to:
- Discounted coaching fees
- Free access to coaching tips and drills
- Booking rights to the mini court (court 16)
- Free entry into the Club Championships
- Free supervised Friday Club night social fun games, 4-5pm (Summer term only)
- Free Club shirt
- Organised social events (including Children’s Christmas Tennis Party)

5.8 Increase Junior membership rates to £48 p.a. and clarify/expand the membership offering to:
- Discounted coaching fees and free access to online coaching tips and drills
- Free access to coaching tips and drills
- Free entry into the Wimbledon Ballot
- Free entry into the Club Championships
- Free supervised Friday Club night social play, 5-6.30pm (Summer term only)
- Free Club shirt
- Free entry into the proposed Junior Mini League
- Organised social events (including Christmas Tennis Party for younger juniors)

5.9 Introduce a new “Restricted Adult” membership category of £60 p.a. for parents who do not play regular tennis but want to play solely with their child / children who themselves have to be a member. No adult membership rights including court bookings but are entitled to entry into the Wimbledon Ballot and discounts on coaching fees

5.10 Carry on with the booking systems for open sessions once the club returns to normal operations. If 5.10 is passed then the following will be voted on:
5.10.1 Continue with booking slots of 90 minutes
5.10.2 Reduce the booking slot to 75 minutes
5.10.3 Reduce the booking slots to 60 minutes
