He can help you improve flexibility, mobility, strength and speed specifically for tennis either on a personal 1-2-1 basis or as part of our small organised groups. Perfect for those of you who don’t like gyms, but want to keep active. Classes are for anyone adult or junior wanting to improve their general well-being and tennis at the same time in our welcoming club environment.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS (Adults, indoors) Mon & Weds 6.30-7.30pm
Do you want to move better on court and help with injury prevention? This class uses minimal equipment and focuses on a combination of body weight exercises, mobility and stretching. It is perfect for any player looking to increase flexibility and mobility.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING (Outdoors weather permitting) Mon & Weds 7.30-8.30pm
A class designed for players to master the essential movement patterns for tennis. Players will learn and perform a variety of resistance exercises to build strength and stability. These will be combined with tennis specific drills to enhance speed and agility on court.
YOUTH PERFORMANCE (OUTDOOR WEATHER PERMITTING)
For youth players to learn and understand the fundamentals of movement. Players will be taken through the tennis movement assessment. Youth players will become proficient in a variety of areas including; Speed and Agility;Mobility;Resistance Training and Plyometrics.
