Starter groups are for children who are learning the basic racket skills, have some experience but cannot rally sufficiently to play points

Coaching Course Terms & Conditions
Places on our courses are limited and offered on a first come first served basis, with the exception of invitation groups.
· All courses are taken by LTA accredited coaches.
· In the case of poor weather conditions lessons may be cancelled and players will be emailed in advance wherever possible and a credit will be given on request. If a lesson has started and play has to be stopped due to the weather, a suitable tennis related activity will be held indoors instead and no credit will be given.

· The Club reserves the right to cancel any course if the numbers are not sufficient for it to run.
By paying and enrolling on to our coaching programme you agree to abide by the Rules and Code of Conduct of Cambridge LTC and all Club Policies. These are available on our website www.cambridgeltc.com/policies.
Refund Policy
If lessons are cancelled due to poor weather conditions a credit note will be issued on request. If you have paid for a course but do not attend any of the sessions due to illness or injury, we can refund 50% of the fees back to the payer. If you have paid and attended a course but then have to withdraw, no refund can be given. In extenuating circumstances please contact Teresa Catlin, (Tennis Manager) info@cambridgeltc.com. All refunds must be agreed by the Tennis Manager.
