Clubhouse Opening
The clubhouse, changing rooms and bar/kitchen areas are open for members to use daily from 9am. If you have an early booking and need to use the clubhouse facilities before opening, please contact the office to get authorisation.
Locking the Clubhouse
If you are the last to leave, please read the instructions on the alarm panel to the right of the door to lock up. Please note that you have 10 seconds from pressing the button to turning the barrel – it is very easy and no codes are required!
Court Bookings
Members are permitted to book one court per day. The booking opening time is 8pm, eight days in advance. Courts can be booked and cancelled through Clubspark and there is a link to the booking system on the homepage of our website together with an instruction sheet and a Q&A. If you have any difficulty booking or cancelling please contact the office on info@cambridgeltc.com
Court Cancellations
Please show consideration to fellow members and cancel all courts that you are not using with as much notice as possible to allow others to rebook. Members who do not use their booking will be warned by email and then have their booking rights blocked for a week. “No Shows” continue to be a source of irritation to members keen to play who cannot book a court and then find it empty!
Grass Courts
Bookings for the grass courts can be made from 11am each day through to 8pm. If the weather is wet, please do not play on the grass courts. We might make the decision to cancel your court in bad weather, but will always email you to let you know.
Floodlights
Floodlights are available to use Monday to Saturday on 8 courts until 10pm, except for the months of Nov to Feb when we have limited floodlight use on a Wednesday apart from courts 1 & 2 due to planning restrictions. Switches can be located for courts 1-5 at the far end of the clubhouse wall. Courts 13-15 are in the green box by the gate entrance to the courts.
Courts 1 & 2 have a warm up and cool down period.
Courts 3,4,5,13,14 & 15 have LED lights that can be turned on and off as required.
Visitors to the Club
Members are welcome to bring a visitor to play at the club. We ask that members email the office info@cambridgeltc.com with their guests contact details and when you intend to play. The £5.00 visitors fee should be paid prior to your arrival.
