The Junior Coaching programme for the holidays, is as follows:

Where age groups overlap please book your child into the younger age group if they are not attending regular coaching.

4&5 yr old – Tots Tennis

An introduction to tennis through fun games that improves agility, balance and coordination.

6 to 8 yrs old – Red Improvers / Rallyers

The class will be divided into ability groups, those that can already rally and play points and those still improving their racket skills.  

Both groups will have agility, balance and coordination along with technical teaching and fun drills included. 

5 to 8 yrs old – Red Match players

This is a progressive camp for players who are playing matches and want to improve their match play.

8 to 10 yrs old – Orange & Green

This group will be split into appropriate abilities using both orange and green balls to help develop agility, balance and coordination along with technical teaching and fun drills. 

11 to 13 yrs old Yellow Beginners

This group is a relaxed introduction to tennis, covering all shots, scoring and some basic tactics for singles and doubles.

11+ Yellow Intermediate / Match play 

Focusing on technique and competitive drills, this class is to develop existing skills for more experienced players combining some doubles tactics.
