Cambridge LTC are running a Strength & Conditioning class for adult members and juniors over 13yrs old on Wednesdays 6.30-7.25pm at the Cambridge University Sports Centre. The class is for any level of fitness and the friendly professional trainers are on hand to help you improve your general fitness and knowledge of injury prevention.
