Beginner
An introduction to all aspects of tennis, covering basic techniques and tactics, in preparation to start playing a game for players with limited or no previous experience

Improver Level 2

Cardio Tennis
This high energy workout is a great way to get in shape and burn calories in the fresh air while improving your racket and footwork skills.

Coaching Course Terms & Conditions
· Places on our courses are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis.
· All courses are taken by LTA Accredited+ coaches.
· In the case of poor weather conditions, lessons may be cancelled and players will be emailed in advance wherever possible and a credit will be given. If a lesson has started and play has to be stopped due to the weather, no credit will be given.
· If you are unsure which course to apply for, email info@cambridgeltc.com.
· The Club reserves the right to cancel any course if the numbers are not sufficient for it to run.
By paying and enrolling on our coaching programme you declare you are fit to play and are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, and understand your participation involves a risk of injury. Refund Policy – If lessons are cancelled due to poor weather conditions a credit note will be issued. If you are unable to attend a lesson no refund will be given.
